With an exciting storyline filled with a mystery to solve surrounding the death of the young king’s parents and this noblewoman’s committed fumbles, the plot is bound to keep a reader by the edge of their seat. From political conspiracies to surprising revelations, the main characters are synchronised with the side characters to perfectly execute the scenes. Several societal themes like misogyny, patriarchy, and sexism is brought to the forefront for the female protagonist to flawlessly exercise against the preconceived notions and pave the way for progressive attitudes. Overall, a definitive recommendation for those who wish to witness a commendable romantic association that starts with a fake relationship build-up but soon makes the readers swoon for this ship to sail in the midst of all shadows.
